Privacy statement

1. Who is responsible?

payria.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, Energieweg 1, 3133 EB Vlaardingen, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 63324547. For all privacy questions, please contact office@payria.eu.

2. What data do we process?

For an account: your name, email address, company name, VAT number and billing information. For the quick scan: your answers and, if you provide it, your email address. When visiting the site: anonymised visit statistics.

We do not record data about which AI systems you use beyond what you enter yourself in the quick scan, and we do not sell data to third parties.

3. Why and how long?

We process account data to provide and invoice the service; we retain invoices for seven years because tax law requires it. We retain quick scan answers until you have them deleted.

4. Your rights

You can view, correct, delete or export your data. You don't even need to ask us: via Settings → Download all your data you get everything we have about you as a ZIP file with one click. If you prefer to send us a message, we will respond within thirty days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Cookies

Functional cookies for logging in and security are always on. We only place statistics cookies after your consent, and you can refuse them without the site working less well.
